German Diplom-Ingenieur in mechanical engineering. Takes systems apart down to the detail and optimizes them where it counts — engineer's instinct for what can be measured. Six years of operations practice in the regulated mid-market: first at Germany's largest independent financial-services group, then at Vicona's bespoke advisory practice. Triple-licensed under BaFin for mortgage, securities and insurance. From competitive sports: an uncompromising demand on his own output.

Cody is the technical hand. Implements features, runs tests, audits stability, fixes bugs autonomously. Attacks our own systems with internal security tooling to find the gaps before they become incidents — so the software stays robust, secure and maintainable for the long run.

Alfred is the intelligent core of every client solution. Each Alfred is trained individually on the client's data, processes and software — analyzes workflows, supports the team, automates daily work. Not a chatbot, but a real digital colleague that understands the playbook from day one.
Administration & autonomous accounting
Vaulti runs the back-office. Issues invoices, organizes documents, structures financial data, prepares accounting end-to-end. Trained specifically on administrative and financial workflows — routine work runs nearly on its own, and the books are tax-ready at month-end instead of quarter-end.
